DCFS says they want parents' words, but do they really? It feels like they're using our own words against us – entrapping us in our system. I know this firsthand – fighting for transparency, guardian accountability, and justice in my own $31 million appeal case. Notations show: Needs Permission to Include my brief. Progress is being made - I'm claiming this as a HUGE win!  The clerk's office told me that usually means it would have been mailed back outright if not considered. My Story I know the devastating reality of DCFS corruption firsthand. My own family was torn apart by false accusations and wrongful removal of my child. The trauma inflicted by a system meant to protect still echoes today. For 12 long years, I've fought tirelessly for justice and reunification – filing appeals, suing DCFS for $31 million, and advocating for transparency. My voice remains loud because I know I'm not alone; thousands of families suffer similarly. This fight is personal.
