Walking into My New Life: 15 Years of Healing Unfolds After 15 long years, my life took a profound turn. Meeting someone special sparked a chain reaction:  I adopted a vegan lifestyle, nourishing my body  Morning walks became my sacred ritual, calming my mind The results are astonishing – I'm being reshaped from the inside out!  My stride is lighter, my heart freer  My body is healing muscles loosening  I'm moving different, feeling different - though still a work in progress
