LA County gets $5k-$10k/month per child in Title IV-E funds for legal guardianships.

WIC 366.3 requires courts to audit if guardians follow visitation.

My guardian cancelled 3 visits. Court never asked.

Where’s the $10k going if they won’t let me see my kids?
